Privacy

PH7 Electric is a vertical of PH7 Mobility Private Limited, which operates this website (https://ph7electric.com) and is the data controller for anything collected through it. The company’s own site is ph7mobility.com.

This site has no forms, no accounts, no cart and no payments. It does not ask you for your name, your number or your address, and it does not store anything about you on our systems.

Like any website, it is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard access logs — the address a request came from, the page requested, the time, and the browser type — for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to identify visitors.

This site is built to load analytics tools only if we switch them on. If we do, they are Google Analytics 4 and/or Microsoft Clarity, which set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and record how pages are used; until we switch them on, no analytics script loads and no such cookie is set. If that changes, this page will say so.

The site offers three ways to reach us — WhatsApp, a phone call and email. Whatever you send us through one of them (your message, your number or address, anything you tell us about a vehicle or a fleet) is used to answer you and, if you ask us to, to arrange what you asked for. We do not sell it, and we do not share it beyond what is needed to respond.

WhatsApp and your phone network handle your message under their own policies before it reaches us.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to connect@ph7mobility.com. The same address is the one to use for any complaint about how we have handled your information.
